Role: UX/UI Designer
Team: Creative
You make things intuitive, elegant, and easy to use. As a UX/UI Designer at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll be responsible for designing user experiences that feel seamless—translating complex goals into clear, interactive flows across client websites and digital platforms.

You’ll work between the Creative and Tech teams, collaborating with Website Designers, Developers, and Product Strategists to design wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that align with both brand identity and functional goals. If you love crafting flows that make people think less and engage more—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1 / Design UX Flows and UI for Client Platforms
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for websites, apps, and digital tools—focused on both usability and visual polish.
2 / Collaborate Across Creative and Development Teams
Work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to bring design concepts to life with attention to functionality and clarity.
3 / Support Responsive and Accessible Design Standards
Ensure user experiences are optimized across devices, meet basic accessibility standards, and align with modern UX best practices.
