You know how to spot excellence—and how to keep it ready when it’s needed most. As the Talent Manager at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll be responsible for curating and managing our extended network of contractors, bringing in the right experts for the right projects at the right time.

This role bridges strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with department Leads to anticipate project needs and fill skill gaps with specialized talent—whether that’s a niche developer, creative specialist, or technical consultant. Key Responsibilities
1 / Build and Maintain a Contractor Network
Source, vet, and manage a roster of external specialists across tech, creative, operations, and strategy verticals.
2 / Anticipate Resourcing Needs
Collaborate with Project Management and department Leads to proactively identify upcoming gaps and fill them with the right-fit talent.
3 / Oversee Contractor Coordination & Onboarding
Manage communication, onboarding, and expectations to ensure external contributors are aligned and integrated smoothly into project workflows.
