Role: Sales Closer

Team: Sales

You’re not joining a sales team—you’re helping build it. As a Closer at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll work directly with the Founder to close early-stage clients while we’re still operating in stealth. You’ll be one of the first people shaping how we sell, how we speak, and how we grow.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to get in early and grow with the firm. You’ll be the main sales driver during our beta phase, with support from VAs to manage outreach and scheduling. Once we officially launch, Closers will transition into Account Executives—bringing deep knowledge of our early client base and helping formalize the full sales org alongside the Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities

1 / Close Early Clients Pre-Launch

Conduct sales calls, communicate the Collective’s value, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.

2 / Help Shape the Sales Experience

Work with the Founder to refine our language, outreach approach, and how we position services at this early stage.

3 / Prepare to Transition Into Account Executive Role

Document insights, patterns, and processes that will inform our full sales structure post-launch.
