We are currently hiring for key roles within the Collective.
This is the earliest chapter of something much bigger.
The Writer’s House Collective is assembling its Strategic Core of high-caliber minds to shape our internal systems, build our proposals, and prepare to deliver top-tier solutions to our first round of clients. These roles are part of the pre-client build—meaning you’ll help us bring the Collective to life from the inside, with the full role becoming official upon launch.
Additional roles will be placed in a holding pattern—ready to activate as soon as client work begins. If selected, you’ll be added to our official roster and included in proposals as part of our team.
We’re currently operating in beta. You’d be joining before the curtain rises.
Strategic Core Roles
These are the first roles stepping in to help bring the Collective to life—prioritized for full onboarding at launch, with preemptive work beginning during our beta phase.
Finance Lead
Handles both internal financial health and client financial operations.
Research Associate (2)
Deep market, consumer, and internal solution research per client basis.
Strategy Associate (2)
Frameworks, business models, and strategic insight.
Client Manager (2)
Manages all active client relationships pre-proposal and post-sale.
Deck Designer (2)
Translates client strategy into polished visual proposals.
Project Manager (2)
Owns internal timelines, deliverables, and execution across departments.
