This is a leadership role within the Growth vertical, overseeing marketing specialists like digital, social, SEO, and copy. You’ll work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to build growth engines that are as beautiful as they are effective. 1 / Lead Growth Strategy Across Client Projects
Design and direct full-funnel growth strategies tailored to each client—balancing paid, organic, and owned media approaches.
2 / Manage and Collaborate With Growth Specialists
Oversee social media, SEO, paid media, and copywriting teams to ensure every campaign is cohesive and high-performing.
3 / Translate Strategy Into Clear Growth Plans
Work with Project Management and Strategy to scope deliverables, prioritize channels, and tie growth efforts to business outcomes.
