You’re the one who turns budgets into momentum. As a Digital Marketing Manager at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll run paid media campaigns across multiple client projects—driving traffic, leads, and results through strategic ad placements and smart optimizations.

This role sits within the Growth team and works closely with Copy, Design, and the Growth Lead to execute high-performing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You’ll bring analytical rigor, creative collaboration, and a results-first mindset to every campaign. Key Responsibilities
1 / Launch and Optimize Paid Campaigns Across Clients
Run ad campaigns across multiple platforms—owning setup, management, A/B testing, and optimization.
2 / Collaborate With Creative and Copy Teams
Work closely with designers and writers to ensure ad assets are compelling, on-brand, and conversion-ready.
3 / Track Performance and Report Insights
Monitor KPIs, audience performance, and spend—translating data into actionable recommendations for each client.
