You don’t just make things look good—you make them feel intentional. As the Creative Lead (Design) at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll oversee the visual direction of every client project, ensuring that design isn’t just beautiful—it’s strategic, aligned, and unforgettable.

This is a leadership role within the Creative vertical. You’ll guide Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Web Designers, and work closely with Strategy, Growth, and Copy to make sure every brand system and visual touchpoint is cohesive and compelling. Key Responsibilities

1 / Own Visual Direction Across Client Projects

Lead the development of brand identities, campaign design, and digital assets—ensuring quality, consistency, and impact.

2 / Manage the Creative Team and Workflow

Oversee Designers, Illustrators, and Web Creatives across projects, guiding them through timelines, reviews, and refinement.

3 / Collaborate Across Strategy, Growth, and Tech

Ensure that creative output supports strategy, drives performance, and aligns with technical needs and delivery formats.
