You’re not here to chase leads—you’re here to close aligned partnerships that move the business forward. As the Sales Lead at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll own the entire sales function from outreach to close. You’ll help shape how we communicate value, qualify opportunities, and build relationships that lead to long-term client success.

This is a leadership role. You’ll collaborate with Strategy, Client Management, and Project Management to ensure seamless handoffs and clean expectations. You’ll also play a critical role in refining our sales process, messaging, and pricing structure as we scale. If you’ve ever wanted to own a high-ticket, high-trust sales engine from the ground up—this is your shot.

Key Responsibilities

1 / Own the Full Sales Funnel

Oversee outbound strategy, lead qualification, sales conversations, and closing—ensuring a high-touch, high-conversion process.

2 / Build & Optimize Sales Infrastructure

Develop scripts, cadences, objection handling, and outreach systems in collaboration with Strategy and Ops.

3 / Ensure Seamless Client Handoffs

Work with Client Management and Project Management to ensure that what’s sold aligns with what’s delivered.
