Role: Deck Designer

Team: Creative & Strategy

You don’t just make things look good—you make them make sense. As a Deck Designer at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll be responsible for turning complex strategy into clean, compelling visual stories that win trust and close deals. Your work will help define how the Collective is perceived before we ever step in the room.

This is a design role with strategic impact. You’ll collaborate directly with Strategy Associates, Researchers, and Leads to translate thinking into visual frameworks, pitch decks, service slides, and client-facing proposals. If you’re the kind of designer who sees structure and narrative in everything—and loves building things from scratch—this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities

1 / Design High-Impact Proposals & Pitch Decks

Translate strategic thinking into clean, persuasive decks that communicate clarity, confidence, and credibility.

2 / Collaborate Closely With Strategy & Research

Take in early frameworks, insights, and ideas—then elevate them through thoughtful, on-brand design.

3 / Build and Maintain Visual Systems

Establish repeatable templates, visual styles, and formatting systems that keep the Collective’s internal and client-facing decks consistent and beautiful.
