You’re the steady hand between the sale and the solution. As a Client Manager at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for active clients—ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and strategy team to translate scope into execution, communicate timelines, and manage expectations. This role is equal parts relationship management and operational awareness—perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, trust-building, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
1 / Manage Day-to-Day Client Communication
Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams—ensuring alignment, updates, and clear next steps at all times.
2 / Support Scope Translation & Onboarding
Work with Strategy and Project Management to turn high-level proposals into actionable onboarding and client delivery plans.
3 / Build Trust Through Clarity & Consistency
Keep clients informed, engaged, and supported—resolving small issues before they become big ones.
