Role: Account Executive

Team: Sales

This is where sales becomes a system. As an Account Executive at The Writer’s House Collective, you’ll manage qualified leads through the sales funnel—guiding conversations, customizing proposals, and closing aligned partnerships.

Most Account Executives will begin as Closers during our beta phase and transition into this role at launch. With deep familiarity from the early stages, you’ll help formalize our sales systems, messaging, and processes. You’ll work closely with the Sales Lead, Strategy, and Client Management to create a clean and scalable handoff system.

Key Responsibilities

1 / Manage Mid-to-Bottom Funnel Sales

Own relationships with warm leads—leading conversations, customizing solutions, and closing deals.

2 / Collaborate on Custom Proposals & Pricing

Work with Strategy to develop pricing and service models that meet client needs.

3 / Help Build the Sales Org Post-Launch

Support the Sales Lead in creating internal systems, scripts, and infrastructure as the team expands.
