Help build the financial infrastructure of a firm designed to scale fast, think strategically, and deliver real outcomes. As our Finance Lead, you'll guide both our internal structure and our client-facing financial strategies—shaping how the Collective operates from the inside out.

This is a leadership role. You’ll oversee the financial vertical, collaborate cross-functionally with other Leads, and help set the tone for how the business makes decisions. From building internal models to defining client-facing pricing and profitability strategies, you'll be central to how we grow—strategically, sustainably, and intelligently.
Key Responsibilities
1 / Lead the Finance Vertical
Own and oversee all financial operations within the Collective—internal and client-facing. Set priorities, define processes, and guide future hires within your domain.
2 / Develop Scalable Financial Systems
Design and implement forecasting, budgeting, and reporting structures to support sustainable growth and decision-making at both the organizational and project level.
3 / Own Financial Strategy Across Client Projects
Work closely with Strategy, Sales, and Project Management to define pricing models, profit margins, and resource allocation strategies across client engagements.
